Where Shadow Meets Gold

Established in 2018, Noir & Saffron was born from a desire to strip away the pretension of fine dining while doubling down on technical excellence. Our name represents our duality: the mysterious depths of charcoal-fired cooking and the vibrant, precious essence of the world's most sought-after spice.

Each evening, Chef Julian and his team present a unified tasting experience that follows the rhythm of the seasons. We source exclusively from biodynamic farms and small-scale fishermen who share our commitment to the land.
